About the role:

Working together with the Retail Manager, the Pharmacist Manager will be responsible for successful performance, profitability and continued growth of the business. The role will suit a flexible, motivated self-sufficient Pharmacist Manager who enjoys a variety of duties.  Working with an experienced team in an established store such as Terry White Chemmart Booval which will give you every opportunity to lead the store to greatness.

The Pharmacist Manager is supported by the Multi-store Owner, Directors and CEO. Support services are provided by the National Support Office to allow you the time to concentrate on team development and business growth. Alternate weekend work is required.

 Qualifications and experience:

  • Current registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • 2 to 3 years prior experience managing a medium to large community pharmacy
  • Demonstrated experience managing daily pharmacy operations
  • Proven experience with 6CPA pharmacy practice incentive programs
  • Experience with Dose Administration Aids (DAAs) and compliance with pharmacy regulations
  • Familiarity working with key performance indicators and budgets
  • Experience with budgets, wage% and GP management
  • Familiarity with MINFOS Dispense and POS highly regarded.
