About the role:
The role as a Stock Controller will include maintaining accurate stock levels within the pharmacy by completing all the daily orders, keeping stock refilled on pharmacy shelves, invoicing and managing customer orders. The role will include setting up promotions in accordance with current store promotions, catalogues and marketing plans.

You will receive individual attention and support from our Pharmacist Manager/Retail Manager and the existing team in all aspects of liaising with our valued customers and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and experience:
  • Previous Stock Controller experience in a Retail and/or Pharmacy industry
  • Competency in MINFOS system (highly regarded)
  • Flexibility to work in various departments as required, including orders, counter service, telephone enquiries and store merchandising
  • Daily orders, pricing of stock, catalogue set up and processing invoices
  • Promotion of pharmacy as a centre for advice, assistance and information in areas of health and well-being
  • Stock control, manager stock takes and stock pricing
  • Engaged in continual training on new and existing products
  • Experience with liaising with suppliers and managing credits
